Being A Tourist

Ya I am kinda being a tourist right now.  Going through the motions and letting everything roll by.  Showing up late to my class and posting in the last 5 minutes of the week.. But now I am going to change.  I am committing to be better in this class right now and I WILL get something special out of this class.  If you see yourself doing what I have been doing then commit. Commit to contributing to this class and then put in the effort.

    Amen brother. I believe in you. I had a few kids who felt this way last semester, but it wasn't until it was over. The sooner the better.

    i find that it comes in waves. sometimes i am super motivated and i am not a tourist and i think about things with much more meaning, this usually comes after reading, watching, or listening to something that is inspiring. then it fades and i go back to being a tourist. then the inspiration comes back...so on and so forth
